RentWorks Property Management® Limited, Christchurch is an independent property management company. We require four weeks bond, one weeks rent and a letting fee before you can take possession of a property.
We cover the Christchurch area including outer suburbs such as Hororata, Rolleston, Lincoln, Prebbleton, Rangiora and Kaiapoi.
We pride ourselves on maintaining properties to a high standard on behalf of the owners. We consider our tenants to be part of an extended "family" and you will be treated as such.

Some of our tenants have been renting through our company for a number of years and others return to us further down the track as circumstances change in their lives because they know they will be looked after in the same friendly way.
To help you acquire the property that you want, we recommend you come to viewing of the property with:
Photo I.D. (usually driver's license)
References from previous properties, at the very least have the names and phone numbers of your current landlord and the previous one. If you have not rented before we require two character references (not from relatives)
Proof of rent paid on time always helps too when we are making a decision.
Treat applying for a rental property as you would apply for a job.
